The 'optimal' legendary setup in my opinion is going to be 1 of two options depending on whether you use or Tajo brutal:

Voluntad ardiente de Kil'jaeden - The on use effect can do a large amount of damage if a ton of adds are stacked up, not recommended unless your trinket options are relatively weak.

Secreto de Sephuz - The effect can reliably be procced on the adds in the encounter any time you need it.

However, the above 3 options will be stronger for the fight as a whole.

Prydaz, obra maestra de Xavaric - Large survivability boost.

Nidada del Formaferal - With the amount of targets up during the fight, this adds a ton of extra combo points, which means more damage and healing via Presteza de depredador.

However, you should only use this if you are also using for the DPS boost

Envolturas de esponja vegetal - Easily the best legendary for the encounter, there is almost always 4+ targets up during the fight, and Vapulear will be a huge portion of your damage, 75% Vapulear damage is enormous.

Anything beyond the listed 6 is basically just used for its item level if you don't have any of the other options. These are listed in order of usefulness to the encounter as a whole. Taking Tajo brutal will make the encounter far easier as you will be able to quickly deal with all of the adds with that talented. This is the talent build I would recommend to anyone.

You can use Elixir de sangreluz if you are having trouble with the damage, but it is not necessary to complete the encounter.

As of patch 7.3.5 getting caught up on AP is incredibly easy so you should be able to easily attain 60+ artifact traits. I personally completed the challenge at item level 912 with 42 traits in my weapon.Īs a comfortable minimum I would recommend an item level of around 915+ if you have some of the recommended legendaries (refer to the legendaries section), you can do this challenge at even lower item levels.

This section will go over consumables/legendaries/talents, as well as gear/AP requirements. The key to the fight is killing adds fast enough to prevent as much damage as possible while healing yourself through the rest. All of them take priority over DPSing Agatha while they are alive.

It is very important to stay on top of killing these adds.
